I’m Nicki Schroeder.
I started out as a graphic designer working on big brands—the kind you see on shelves and in refrigerators and freezers all over the world. But sitting at a desk wasn’t enough. I wanted to be closer to the food. So I left the studio and stepped into the lab, into the kitchen, into real production.
Since then, I’ve helped build companies, created brands, launched products, expanded lines, and pulled off private label and control label hits.
I’ve been a baker. I’ve run my own shop. I still run a restaurant. Food, culture, and design are how I see the world.
